Standard KYC documentation may include a government-issued national identity card (CNIC), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

VIP status and associated benefits may be adjusted or revoked if account activity drops below the threshold for the relevant tier. VIP benefits are personal and non-transferable.
